Northeast Passage Open

I think we can safely call this one:

Real images make it not so cut-and-dried, but I agree. The sorts of ships that would be making the passage, and it's been standard practice the last couple of years to have the Coast Guard or an ice breaker on alert.

yep, it is open, and I don't see the economic advantage.
